Cancellation Policy 

Any cancellation will result in a total loss of the deposit. Cancellations made between March and August 31st will result in a loss of 50% of the trip price.

Any cancellation made after between September 1st will result in a total loss of any paid funds. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the course should unforseen circumstanes arise. (If we do so, you will be first notified and then refunded in full.)

Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans. If we find that the trip is not a good fit for you, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation, in which case your payments will be fully refunded.
