Cancellation Policy

Cancellations can be made up until 15 October 2025 minus 10% administration fees for all payments.

Any cancellation made after 16th October 2025will incur a 50% cancellation fees.

And no refunds will be accepted after 25th October 2025

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the course should unforeseen circumstances arise. (If we do so, you will be first notified and then refunded in full.)

Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans. If we find that the trip is not a good fit for you, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation, in which case your payments will be fully refunded.
